To demonstrate efficiencies, we generally employ hand-held tablet computers integrated with specialist software platforms to capture the clients survey information; however, we can also use more conventional Microsoft Office applications should the client prefer.
All of our survey information is always validated and ratified through a strict and robust in-house auditing procedure prior to issue, to remove any discrepancies or inconsistencies in the data set. Once the information has been cleansed, we will work with the client to ensure that the data is presented a format which is fully compatible with their existing asset management system to ensure easy integration.
As added value our surveyors are dual-skilled, which means our clients can benefit from bolt on services including but not limited to Energy Performance Certificates and RICS Residential Valuations etc.
